dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто поняття «соціальна культура підтримки ветеранів» в Україні як комплекс норм, цінностей та практик, що формують ставлення суспільства до цієї категорії громадян. Сформульовано характерні риси соціальної культури підтримки ветеранів. Проаналізовано ключові теоретичні та практичні проблеми, які виникають у процесі формування досліджуваного явища. Авторами здійснено огляд сучасного стану наукового дослідження теми соціальної культури підтримки ветеранів в Україні. Розкрито основні наукові напрями, у межах яких здійснюється вивчення цієї теми, виокремлено недостатньо досліджені аспекти та зроблено висновки щодо перспектив подальших міждисциплінарних студій. Також у статті зроблено порівняльний аналіз понять «ветеранська політика» та «соціальна культура підтримки ветеранів», встановлено відмінності між ними. Запропоновано внесення змін до законодавства про статус ветеранів війни, гарантії їх соціального статусу в частині спрямованості закону на удосконалення політики соціальної культури підтримки ветеранів в Україні.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the concept of «social culture of veteran support» in Ukraine as a complex of norms, values, and practices shaping public attitudes toward this group of citizens. The authors outline the key features of this social culture and analyze the main theoretical and practical challenges that arise in the process of its formation. A review of the current state of scholarly research on the social culture of veteran support in Ukraine is conducted. The article identifies major academic approaches to the study of this phenomenon, highlights underexplored aspects, and outlines the prospects for further interdisciplinary studies. A comparative analysis of the concepts of «veteran policy» and «social culture of veteran support» is also presented, emphasizing their distinctions. Finally, the article proposes amendments to the legislation on the status of war veterans and the guarantees of their social status, with a particular focus on improving policies aimed at shaping a more robust social culture of veteran support in Ukraine.
