These methodological guidelines are designed to support practical sessions on the discipline "Change Management". The publication serves as a comprehensive assessment manual, containing structured test banks for six key thematic modules. The guide provides materials to evaluate students' understanding of essential change management theories, including Lewin's, Kotter's, ADKAR, and Burke–Litwin models, as well as team dynamics, resistance management, and digital transformation strategies. It includes topic-specific quizzes, a final comprehensive test, and alternative practical assignments aimed at fostering public speaking and analytical skills. The material is presented in English to support the international educational context and professional terminology acquisition.
