Abstract
These methodological guidelines are designed to support practical sessions on the discipline "Organization Theory". The publication serves as a comprehensive assessment manual, containing structured test banks and practical assignments aimed at evaluating students' understanding of the subject. The guide provides materials to assess knowledge of key organizational concepts, including the evolution of management thought, systems thinking, and fundamental structural types — such as functional, divisional, matrix, and network structures. Special emphasis is placed on the practical application of theory, featuring calculation problems related to organizational efficiency, productivity, and financial performance analysis. The assessment materials also cover organizational dynamics, corporate culture, and contemporary challenges such as digital transformation and social responsibility.
