| dc.description.abstract | Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії в галузі знань 05 – Соціальні та гуманітарні науки за спеціальністю 051 – Економіка – Східноукраїнський національний університет імені Володимира Даля Міністерства освіти і науки України, Київ, 2026. Основний науковий результат дисертаційного дослідження полягає у формуванні науково обґрунтованого підходу до розвитку та управління інноваційно-підприємницькою інфраструктурою регіону на основі поєднання інструментів економічного моделювання, оцінки ефективності та поведінкового аналізу, що дозволяє підвищити результативність інноваційної діяльності, забезпечити технологічний розвиток регіональної економіки та посилити її конкурентоспроможність в умовах сучасних трансформаційних викликів. У роботі удосконалено модель інноваційної інфраструктури в системі економіки, яка відображає багаторівневу взаємодію суб’єктів інноваційної діяльності, інфраструктурних інститутів, ресурсного забезпечення та механізмів трансформації ресурсів в інноваційні товари, послуги і технології. Запропонований підхід дозволяє комплексно оцінювати роль інноваційної інфраструктури в економічному розвитку та обґрунтовувати напрями формування інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури регіону. Доведено, що ефективність функціонування інноваційної системи залежить від рівня координації між її структурними елементами, ресурсного забезпечення та здатності до комерціалізації інноваційних результатів. В дослідженні набули подальшого розвитку теоретичні положення щодо формування інноваційної інфраструктури регіону шляхом систематизації передумов її розвитку з позицій економіки розвитку та економіки розміщення. Доведено, що ключовими чинниками становлення інноваційної інфраструктури виступають просторові умови, ресурсний потенціал території, інституційне середовище, рівень підприємницької активності та інноваційна спроможність регіону. Запропонований підхід дозволяє комплексно оцінювати передумови регіонального розвитку та обґрунтовувати напрями удосконалення інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури. Також у дослідженні удосконалено уявлення про еволюцію парадигм теорії розміщення продуктивних сил та теорії інновацій шляхом включення сучасного підходу, що базується на розвитку інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури регіонів. Обґрунтовано, що за умов зростання ролі внутрішніх ресурсів розвитку саме інноваційна інфраструктура забезпечує технологічну модернізацію економіки, прискорення інноваційних процесів, ефективне використання регіонального потенціалу та формування передумов для технологічного прориву національної економіки. В дисертації удосконалено концептуальний підхід до формування інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури в системі регіональної економіки, який базується на поєднанні структурно-функціонального, організаційного та нормативного аспектів її розвитку. Визначено типову структуру інфраструктурного об’єкта, ключові ознаки функціонування, етапи створення, принципи проєктування, критерії прийняття управлінських рішень та законодавчі обмеження розвитку. Уточнено економічну сутність інноваційно- підприємницької інфраструктури регіону як системи, що забезпечує взаємодію бізнесу, науки, інвесторів і влади у процесі створення та комерціалізації інновацій. Запропонований підхід сприяє підвищенню ефективності регіональної економічної політики, активізації підприємництва та зростанню інноваційної спроможності територій. У дослідженні визначено напрями вдосконалення регулювання процесів формування та розвитку інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури регіонів. Розвинено методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності інноваційної інфраструктури в системі регіональної економіки, які передбачають комплексне врахування економічних, інституційних та інноваційних параметрів її функціонування. Запропоновані підходи дозволяють підвищити об’єктивність оцінювання результативності інфраструктурних об’єктів, а також сприяють формуванню ефективної політики розвитку інноваційно-підприємницького середовища на регіональному рівні. Також в роботі розкрито особливості економічної імітації та підприємницького епігонства в системі сучасної підприємницької діяльності. Уточнено підходи до розмежування економічної імітації як форми незаконного копіювання та підприємницького епігонства як механізму творчої адаптації й удосконалення інноваційних ідей. Введення категорії «підприємницьких епігонів» до теорії підприємництва дозволило по-новому інтерпретувати роль наслідування в економічному розвитку та обґрунтувати доцільність підтримки підприємницького епігонства як перспективного напряму державної політики у сфері інноваційного підприємництва. У дослідженні удосконалено методику інтегрального аналізу інноваційних проєктів на основі моделі поведінкових уподобань. Принциповою відмінністю запропонованого підходу є можливість пріоритетного врахування якісних характеристик інноваційних проєктів поряд із традиційними кількісними критеріями оцінювання. Це дозволяє комплексно оцінювати інноваційно-проєктну діяльність з урахуванням стратегічної значущості проєктів, рівня їх інноваційності, адаптивності, потенціалу розвитку та відповідності індивідуальним цілям суб’єктів інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури. Запропоновані методичні розробки сприяють розвитку інструментарію стратегічного управління інноваційною діяльністю та підвищують обґрунтованість вибору найбільш перспективних інноваційних проєктів для підприємств інноваційної інфраструктури. Практична апробація методики підтвердила її ефективність і можливість використання у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень у сфері регіонального інноваційного розвитку. У роботі розроблено рекомендації щодо розвитку інноваційно- підприємницької інфраструктури регіону з метою підвищення ефективності її функціонування в умовах необхідності забезпечення технологічного прориву. Запропоновані рекомендації базуються на результатах моделювання ефективності функціонування інноваційної інфраструктури та передбачають комплексне врахування інституційних, економічних, ресурсних та організаційних чинників регіонального розвитку. Їх реалізація сприяє підвищенню результативності інноваційної діяльності, посиленню взаємодії між суб’єктами інноваційно-підприємницької інфраструктури, активізації підприємництва та формуванню умов для довгострокового технологічного розвитку регіональної економіки. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 05 Social and Behavioral Sciences in the specialty 051 Economics. – Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2026. The main scientific outcome of this dissertation research is the development of a scientifically grounded approach to the development and management of a region’s innovation and entrepreneurial infrastructure, based on a combination of economic modeling tools, performance evaluation, and behavioral analysis, which makes it possible to enhance the effectiveness of innovation activities, ensure the technological development of the regional economy, and strengthen its competitiveness in the face of contemporary transformational challenges. This paper refines a model of innovation infrastructure within the economic system, reflecting the multilevel interaction between innovation actors, infrastructure institutions, resource provision, and mechanisms for transforming resources into 6 innovative goods, services, and technologies. The proposed approach allows for a comprehensive assessment of the role of innovation infrastructure in economic development and provides a rationale for the directions of forming the region’s innovation and entrepreneurial infrastructure. It has been proven that the effectiveness of the innovation system’s functioning depends on the level of coordination among its structural elements, resource provision, and the capacity to commercialize innovation outcomes. This study further develops theoretical concepts regarding the formation of a region’s innovation infrastructure by systematizing the prerequisites for its development from the perspectives of development economics and location economics. It has been demonstrated that the key factors in the formation of an innovation infrastructure are spatial conditions, the resource potential of the territory, the institutional environment, the level of entrepreneurial activity, and the region’s innovative capacity. The proposed approach allows for a comprehensive assessment of the prerequisites for regional development and provides a basis for identifying directions for improving the innovation and entrepreneurial infrastructure. The author has also refined the understanding of the evolution of paradigms in the theory of the location of productive forces and the theory of innovation by incorporating a modern approach based on the development of regions’ production, technological, and innovation infrastructure. It is argued that, given the growing role of internal development resources, it is precisely the innovation infrastructure that ensures the technological modernization of the economy, the acceleration of innovation processes, the effective use of regional potential, and the creation of the prerequisites for a technological breakthrough in the national economy. This dissertation refines the conceptual approach to the development of a production and technological innovation infrastructure within the regional economic system, based on a combination of structural-functional, organizational, and regulatory aspects of its development. The typical structure of an infrastructure facility, key operational characteristics, stages of creation, design principles, criteria for managerial decision-making, and legislative constraints on development are 7 identified. The economic essence of a region’s production-technological innovation infrastructure is clarified as a system that facilitates interaction between business, science, investors, and government in the process of creating and commercializing innovations. The proposed approach contributes to improving the effectiveness of regional economic policy, stimulating entrepreneurship, and enhancing the innovative capacity of territories. The study identifies areas for improving the regulation of processes related to the formation and development of regional production and technological innovation infrastructure. It develops methodological approaches for assessing the effectiveness of innovation infrastructure within the regional economy, which involve a comprehensive consideration of the economic, institutional, and innovation-related parameters of its operation. The proposed approaches allow for a more objective assessment of the performance of infrastructure facilities and contribute to the formation of effective policies for developing the innovation and entrepreneurial environment at the regional level. The paper also examines the characteristics of economic imitation and entrepreneurial emulation within the framework of modern entrepreneurial activity. It clarifies the approaches to distinguishing between economic imitation—as a form of illegal copying - and entrepreneurial emulation - as a mechanism for the creative adaptation and refinement of innovative ideas. The introduction of the category of “entrepreneurial epigones” into the theory of entrepreneurship has made it possible to reinterpret the role of imitation in economic development and to justify the advisability of supporting entrepreneurial emulation as a promising direction of state policy in the field of innovative entrepreneurship. This study refines the methodology for the comprehensive analysis of innovation projects based on a behavioral preference model. A key distinction of the proposed approach is its ability to prioritize qualitative characteristics of innovation projects alongside traditional quantitative evaluation criteria. This allows for a comprehensive evaluation of innovation and project activities, taking into account the strategic significance of projects, their level of innovation, adaptability, development 8 potential, and alignment with the individual goals of entities within the innovation and entrepreneurial infrastructure. The proposed methodological developments contribute to the development of strategic management tools for innovation activities and enhance the soundness of selecting the most promising innovative projects for enterprises within the innovation infrastructure. Practical testing of the methodology has confirmed its effectiveness and suitability for use in the process of making management decisions in the field of regional innovation development. This paper develops recommendations for the development of the region’s industrial and technological innovation infrastructure with the aim of improving its operational efficiency in light of the need to achieve a technological breakthrough. The proposed recommendations are based on the results of modeling the operational efficiency of the innovation infrastructure and take into comprehensive account the institutional, economic, resource-related, and organizational factors of regional development. Their implementation contributes to increasing the effectiveness of innovation activities, strengthening interaction among actors in the innovation and entrepreneurial infrastructure, stimulating entrepreneurship, and creating conditions for the long-term technological development of the regional economy. | |
