Соціально-психологічний вимір феномену «конфлікт» у стародавні часи та епоху середньовіччя

Abstract
Стаття присвячена розгляду теоретико-методологічних підходів, що були поширені у Стародавні часи та епоху Середньовіччя щодо пояснення конфліктів та розуміння їхнього соціально-психологічного змісту. Зроблена спроба дослідити трансформацію поглядів мислителів і науковців того часу. на природу феномену «конфлікт». З’ясовано, як науковці того часу визначали поняття «конфлікт», пояснювали перебіг і наслідки конфліктної взаємодії, як на ріні індивідуальних проявів, так й у соціальних кординатах існування індивідів і соціальних груп. Встановлено, що давньогрецькі та давньоримські філософи здійснили перші спроби раціонального осмислення природи соціальних конфліктів, у той час як філософи Стародавнього Китаю та Індії, переважно, залишалися на теологічно-традиційних підходах, що визначали соціально-правовий устрій стародавніх східних суспільств. З’ясовані погляди середньовічних мислителів щодо розуміння природи конфліктів, їх соціально-психологічних особливостей та різних форм прояву. Зазначено, що науковці того часу спробували здійснити відхід від релігійних поглядів на джерела суспільного розвитку та внутрішнього світу людини, що спонукало їх на вироблення нових теоретико-методологічних підходів до проблеми конфліктів. Відбулося посилення значущості загальнолюдських цінностей і форм взаємин, що ґрунтуються на визнанні цих пріоритетів. Встановлено, що висловнені ідеї, стали суттєвими витоками для науково-обгрунтованого розуміння природи конфліктів, їхньої соціально-психологічної зв’язності у новий та новітній часи історії людства.
The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and methodological approaches that were widespread in the Ancient and Middle Ages to explain conflicts and understand their socio-psychological content. An attempt is made to study the transformation of the views of thinkers and scientists of that time on the nature of the phenomenon of "conflict". It is found out how the scientists of that time defined the concept of "conflict", explained the course and consequences of conflict interaction, both in the field of individual manifestations and in the social boundaries of the existence of individuals and social groups. It is established that the ancient Greek and Roman philosophers made the first attempts to rationally understand the nature of social conflicts, while the philosophers of ancient China and India mainly remained on the theological and traditional approaches that determined the social and legal system of ancient Eastern societies. The author elucidates the views of medieval thinkers on understanding the nature of conflicts, their socio-psychological features and various forms of manifestation. It is noted that scholars of that time tried to move away from religious views on the sources of social development and the inner world of man, which prompted them to develop new theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of conflicts. There was an increase in the importance of universal human values and forms of relations based on the recognition of these priorities. It has been established that the ideas expressed have become significant sources for a scientifically based understanding of the nature of conflicts, their social and psychological coherence in the new and modern times of human history.
