| dc.description.abstract | У монографії розглянуто нагальні питання забезпечення стійкості залізничних транспортних засобів від сходження з рейок на основі осучасненої нормативної бази щодо розрахунків і оцінки динамічних якостей рухомого складу. Представлено методи оперативного розслідування сходження рухомого складу з рейок та визначення причин сходження. Наведено результати комплексних досліджень технічних умов безпечної експлуатації рухомого складу з високими конструкційними швидкостями та відомості щодо авторських розроблень засобів безпеки руху. Висвітлено питання з удосконалення системи допуску рухомого складу до експлуатації та убезпечення руху рейкових транспортних засобів для інтермодальних перевезень. The monograph considers urgent issues of ensuring the stability of railway vehicles from derailment on the basis of an updated regulatory framework for the calculation and evaluation of the dynamic qualities of rolling stock. Methods of operative investigation of rolling stock derailment and determination of the reasons for derailment are presented. The results of complex researches of technical conditions of safe operation of rolling stock with high design speeds and information on author's developments of motion safety means are given. The issues of improving the system of admission of rolling stock to operation and ensuring the movement of rail vehicles for intermodal transport are covered. | |
