Abstract
Обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми висвітлення новацій у запровадженні формату економічних відносин державно-приватного партнерства. Здійснено аналіз передумов формування авторської позиці О.М. Вінник щодо критики неповноти змісту Закону України про державно-приватне партнерство та обгрунтування нею категорії організаційно-правового партнерства. Обрання теми статті обумовлено незавершеністю сучасного процесу вивчення поглядів науковців на різноманіття формату економічних відносин державно-приватного партнерства. Викладено шляхи досягнення узагальненого результату щодо розв’язання проблеми закріплення в Інноваційному кодексі України формату комунально-приватного партнерства; державно-комунального партнерства; державно-комунально-приватного партнерства; партнерства органів місцевого самоврядування з іншими державами (пропозиції О.М. Вінник).
The urgency of the problem of coverage of innovations in the introduction of the format of economic relations of public-private partnership is substantiated. An analysis of the preconditions for the formation of the author's position O.M. Vinnyk on the criticism of the incompleteness of the Law of Ukraine on public-private partnership and its justification of the category of organizational and legal partnership. The choice of the topic of the article is due to the incompleteness of the modern process of studying the views of scientists on the diversity of the format of economic relations of public-private partnership. The ways of achieving a generalized result on solving the problem of fixing the format of public-private partnership in the Innovation Code of Ukraine are outlined; state-communal partnership; publiccommunal-private partnership; partnerships of local governments with other states (proposals by O.M. Vinnyk). The analysis of theoretical sources and the review of practical activity of participants and subjects of PPP gives the chance to draw a conclusion that for formation of integral theoretical idea of a format of relations of public-private partnership and updating of approaches for its practical application the problem of system research is actualized. legal component in the process of its implementation at the macro- and microeconomic level.
